Out of order today

Lifts, step-free routes and accessible toilets reported out of use at Britain’s railway stations. Station operators report these to National Rail, and must do so within 24 hours; London’s lifts come live from TfL. If your station is listed, check with staff or Passenger Assist before you travel.

Lifts and step-free routes (47)

Accessible toilets (18)

Kettle sends a free alert when one of these happens at a station on your route: turn on Accessible travel in the app.

Station information: Powered by National Rail Enquiries. Step-free categories are the Office of Rail and Road’s. Powered by TfL Open Data. Reports older than 120 days with no end date are left out, as they may have been forgotten. Kettle is made by DB Five Ltd and is independent of National Rail and the train companies.
